Return & Refund Policy

At our restaurant, we take great pride in delivering high-quality food and hospitality. If your experience does not meet expectations, we are committed to making it right.

Dine-In Experience

If you are dissatisfied with any item during your visit, please notify your server or a manager immediately. We will gladly replace the item or offer an alternative at our discretion. Refunds or adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Takeout & Delivery Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (incorrect, missing, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details.

 

Third-Party Delivery Services

Orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) must be addressed directly through the respective provider. While we will assist when possible, refunds and credits are subject to their policies.

 

Catering & Large Orders

Cancellations for catering or large orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable within this window. Any issues with catering orders must be reported within 24 hours of fulfillment.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by Illinois law.
